Eugene has done work at my property in S.F. He built a beautiful fence and also sealed and corrected a moisture problem in one the bathrooms. All the work that was done was on time My tenants were very happy and Eugene made a point to coordinate with their schedule. Also, his quote was the lowest of the three that we received. The neighbor behind me did not want to contribute towards the fence; he saw the finished project and then offered to pay half. We are very happy with the work done and would definitely call him for future projects.

Murphy has completed 3 construction projects for me.
He remodeled a 2000 sq ft retail store on Geary @ 25th ave.
It was a major remodel; the project was to change the store from a piano showroom into a retail travel agency with 12 agent stations, plus an Irish Gift store to the front.
He also remodeled a residential apt located above the store on Geary.
He recently built a 3 story deck at the back of my apt building in Twin peaks.
